Query re copying from backlash site
eleventh hour: I think it's important that this site has all the information on it that's already on the backlash site, and I'm quite happy to help with the copying and pasting required. I just have a few questions:
Does everybody agree this is a good idea (or are there no objections?)
Do we need any extra permissions/copyright clearance to put anything from that site up on here as well?
How do I create a new page? (At present I can only seem to add stuff to existing pages).

From WikiSysop: To start a new page, you can simply type the name of a new page in the location bar of your browser, so for example if you are at the Main_Page, wimply change MainPage to New_Page to create a page called New_Page. It's that simple. Check out the Help page on the left if you need to know more about editing.
eleventh_hour: thanks WikiSysop! Anybody else able to answer the first part of my question?
By the way, I don't know if anyone's reading this, but congratulations are due, to backdooruk particularly if recent changes are anything to go by - the wiki is really beginning to take shape!
Thanks eleventh_hour. At this stage I'm hoping we can go live with this by Friday, in time for the blogathon the following monday. So feel free to add any information you feel is missing, particularly in Stubs. Also add any pages you feel are missing. FAQs and Backlash Policy
eleventh_hour: I have discussed on informed consent and in emails with people from or at least associate with backlash, about the possibility of an FAQ/policy/schedule wiki/forum.
My question is - should we be using this wiki for that purpose, or is it intended to be just a repository of information about the laws (rather than about backlash)?
And if the latter, when can we expect the FAQs/policy wiki?
I understand a FAQ is in progress for the main backlash site, the idea of this wiki is that it is a repository for all information, from both sides of the coin. - Backdooruk 21:47, 2 October 2006 (GMT)
This Wiki is for information relating to the laws rather than about Backlash.
