Acts that appear to be life threatening

The final law covers images which portray in an explicit and realistic way an act which threatens a person’s life. Examples given by the Government of acts which could fall under this definition are: "depictions of hanging, suffocation, or sexual assault involving a threat with a weapon;" [1]. So this appears to not be restricted just to life threatening injuries, or cases where a person's life would really be in danger, but also "threats" in the sense of "making a threat" (even if it is purely role-play, since staged images count, as long as it looks "realistic").
