backlash wiki and forum

Backlash has created a forum and wiki to stimulate discussion and collate information both for and against the proposals. The opinions therein therefore do not represent the opinions of Backlash but rather hope to represent all sides of the debate.
The forum should directly replace the messages on the backlash-uk Smartgroup which is subject to delays by e-mail. Anyone can read forum
messages but you need to register to post. Once registered, you can
continue to read and post on the website, or you can choose e-mail
delivery of new messages on any of the individual forums, and can post
by e-mail.
The Wiki is an open-access hierarchy of pages for posting information of
more permanent value, arranged by subject. Again, anyone can read but
you must register to post. To discuss individual wiki pages you can use
the discussion tag on each page and add a comment
