backlash wins erotic-award

Demolitionred attended the 13th erotic-awrds on September to accept the award for campaigner of year 2006 on behalf of backlash.
backlash was set up last August to oppose government proposals to make it a criminal offence to look at images of so-called violent porn.

Despite their own admission there is no evidence that porn doesn't cause crime the government appears deternmined to push ahead with plans.

But backlash will fight on and demolitionred is confident she has the backing of the genral public.

"It isn't just columnists in the major broadsheets, leading lawyers and psychologists that see this is an unjusitifed on our civil liberties."

"The audiences of radio 1, BBC News, Sky News on newspaper blogs on a Channel 4 poll on violent porn are all showing their opposition too." For more info visit www.backlash-uk.org.uk or www.erotic-awards.co.uk
