express your view on porn on c4

Channel 4 -- who put in a submission to the consultation on the possession of extreme pornography -- have set up a poll on porn.
This is a great opportunity to express your views and draw attention to the backlash campaign.

Cast your vote and start a discussion on their forums.

The vote comes after their programme on Ted Bundy which pointed out porn has been demonised by people with a vested interest and no evidence before.

pls, pls, pls take five minutes to have your say...

Anyone can vote, but to have your say you have to register - but it's free and you only need to provide you email address. So far the anti censorship side has the upper hand - but more votes are required to keep it that way.

Rather worryingly, the link to the discussion forum leads to a section headlined "family"... one wonders what sort of contributions they are inviting or, indeed, expecting. (Although none posted so far...)

The discussion forum seems to have gone

Teddy, 30 Aug 2006 05:26:59

It seems as though the discussion thread on the C4 discussion board about the Bundy program has been deleted!! Given that some readers may not have taken too kindly to this being directed to the "family" section of the site, I can hardly say this surprises me...
