Party political conferences

The main conference season is approaching.
Do we have the resources to organise fringe meetings at each of the major
conferences ?
Do we have the resources to leaflet the delegates at the various venues ?
I'm not sure which of the parties are in town (Blackpool) this year but am
happy to provide accomodation if something is planned.

I suggested this last year and think it is a very good idea. I have a couple of people drawing up designs for leaflets at the moment.
Is anyone going with another group who knows how this is organised?
It is apparently important to get passes for the conference fringe meets.
We also need to write to all MPs saying we will be there and asking for an invite.
Can you try and organise that?
