FOI request to Aberdeenshire Council

It looks like the Government may have asked some of the Scottish councils to respond to the consultation - see answer to my FOI request below. Does anyone fancy putting in a FOI request to the Home Office to see how many councils were asked?
I refer to your request for information from the Council dated 14 May 2006.
You require a copy of all correspondence (excluding the actual consultation response) between Aberdeenshire Council and Central Government referring to an extreme pornography consultation held by the Home Office and the Scottish Executive last year.
We received your request for information on 14 May 2006. We have undertaken a full search for the information which you have requested, and I now write to confirm that this information is not held by us. The response was submitted electronically in response to e-mail request which has not been retained. No other such correspondence has been sent or received.
In terms of Section 17(I) of the Act, where Aberdeenshire Council receives a request for information by virtue of Section 1(1) of the Act, and concludes that it does not hold the information requested, then the Council must notify the person making the request in writing, within 20 working days of receipt of the request for information.

This is an absolutely pathetic effort for a response!
