<<<arrange local meetings, which I think will be a relief for all of those of
you that are fortunate to live out of the big smoke.>>>
This statement isn't entirely accurate.
As individual attendees, we raised the point that if further meetings were
only to be held in London, on average two weeks apart, we would not be able
to attend regularly despite our wish to do so. In answer to our query, it
was suggested that we should set up meetings in our own area.
We will speak with our regional team, provide them with a precis of the
meeting, discuss the proposed course of action and ask them if they would be
willing to co-ordinate and/or assist with the consultation document returns
and proposed action in their area.
We feel that it would be unfair to volunteer our regional resources without
discussing and obtaining their consent BEFORE committing them to a course of
action.
We are happy to report the outcome of the discussion back to this list in
due course. Apologies for any misunderstanding caused.

Hi all. Apologies I could not make the meeting.
Has any thought been given to also utilising the resources of local munch
groups, clubs, shops and websites to spread the word regarding the document? How
about a flyer for distribution?
The discussion on IC and b.com has pulled in a huge number of people from
all round the country, and Unfettered too built up some fantastic contacts
nationally in the build up the last Kinkfest.

oops. sorry. thanks for the clarification. the sooner we get the transcript done, the better. I hope you will find some support from the regional team.
But yes. I think munches, clubs etc is also a good idea.
as soon as the advice sheets have been drawn up we need to send those out acrtoss the country for distribution.

Yes, we fully expect the regional team to participate but even so, everyone
likes to be asked first and given the opportunity to find out exactly what
would be required :).
Work on the transcript has started and we expect to have it finished within
a few days.
