Anyone feel like getting the opinion of the new President of the Association of Chief Police Officers, Ken Jones.
Might be worth getting together an evidence based letter, co-ordinating with David M, using Singh's opinion etc...
also making reference to Operation Ore and trying to get facts about forces that have already stopped following up these cases, overwork, misuse of officers, etc, etc...
and then a follow up phone call.
