Yep, it just confirms what Captain Paranoia has always told me.
The UK is heading for a 'dystopia' that'll make films such as 1984 and Brave New World look like 'The Good Life' in comparison!
In another 20 years we'll be begging even countries like China to liberate the UK from the Blairite Dictatorship!
Then again, their may be a ray of hope for us, I bet quite a few leading govermental figures are into bondage themselves, and will be quite good players in blocking these idiotic new 'anti-porn' proposals!

Oh, there goes that email address again. Does it really identify an
actual person and, if so, how *did* the priest pronounce it at the
Christening?

I repeat my question: why are you now convinced that the sky is *not*
falling?

If censorship and measures against pornography are all you fear, you
really must be a covert or closet lover of totalitarianism. The latest
nonsense includes plans to lock up folk alleged to have a personality
disorder (q.v. the USSR under Stalin and subsequent dictators) and to
gaol people against whom no evidence has been found.

Naughty Paul!! No email addresses!!!! :-) :-)
Must be getting re-e-e-a-l-l-y paranoid these days.... don't fancy totalitarianism much though!

I agree. The HO gobshites don't appear to have given any thought as to whom they might be criminalising with this knee-jerk-ology; they seem keen to foster the tabloid image of a few psychopathic men, on the verge of becoming porn-inspired serial killers...the reality will be very different.
And who knows what lobbying might be happening behind close doors...

Or simply going ape?

Not even a little?
The way this rabble (one can scarcely call them a 'government', as they
give one the impression that they couldn't run a whelk stall) is going,
expressing doubts about their commitment to democracy may soon be deemed
evidence of a 'personality disorder'.
