first draft for new flyer...

demolitionred, 15 Mar 2006 13:09:32

Please add /edit etc.

I want to get a run of flyers out asap.

On the front

Backlash:
defending freedom, opposing censorship

On the back
Blair's government is set to announce plans make it illegal to look at certain types of porn.
• The proposals are ill thought out and ignore the evidence from psychologists - as the Government admits in its own consultation paper!
• Any law could criminalise hundreds of thousands (maybe
millions) of harmless people.
• would be almost impossible to enforce fairly.
• will very likely be incompatible with the Human
Rights Act (QC’s opinion).
• All the material under scrutiny features consenting
adults.

Contact your MP and your MEP and show him/her why a new law is a mistake

any suggestions for an image. I think we need something that pulls at the heartstrings, that says preserve freedom but isn't jingoistic and is not sexual.....

We also need someone who can help with the layout for our latest flyer. we have a very tight deadline so someone with time on their hands this weekend would be fantastic....

demolitionred, 25 Mar 2006 11:40:31

New flyers are designed. hey will be sent to the printers this week. The back text will be distributed at today's march for free expression. I have uploaded the flyers so you can add the artwork to sites, print out if needs be.....

demolitionred, 27 Mar 2006 12:38:50

printers have accepted the oprder for the new flyers.

will people let me know addresses to send any they can distribute.

The new flyer is very innocuous ad I don't think distribution should be limited to BDSM events...
