my next steps?

I could not find any of the responses on line - where should I look?
So where do we go now?
If it would help, I can talk to groups or distribute information about the book which is now on sale here in UK.
The Triumph of Hope
Challenging, erotic, pseudo-autobiograpy detailing the changing perspectives of a disabled, middle-aged female psychotherapist as she interacts with the world of alternative sexuality. It is black comedy and tragedy, innocence and debauchery, weakness and strength, courage and cynicism. It is a story of love, disillusion, outrageous freedoms and the persistence of hope.

AUTHOR'S COMMENTS
This book is not pornography.
It is a passionate and explicit exploration of the forbidden, in an attempt to understand the complexities of the human soul, with all its contradictions, its horrors and its tremendous potential.
Is it true? In a way ... Is it really about me? Now that would be telling ... but my playmates may recognise themselves in some of the composite characters I have created from the experiences we shared, in fantasy or in reality.
To be safe, I will adapt the standard disclaimer:
"The characters in this book are all figments of their own imaginations, or of mine"

The subject of alternative sexuality will form the basis of my continuing studies for a research MSc and a Doctorate. I would be glad to contact any volunteers willing to take part anonymously in questionnaires, interviews etc. over the next few years. You can contact me through my free Self-Esteem web site at http://www.youareunique.co.uk
I am hoping to market it quite aggressively as an educational tool but would be glad of suggestions about sources of reviews, possible assistance to find people who would read it with an open mind or who could use it, (or me) in their opposition to the suggestions in the consultation document.
I am willing to be as visible, vocal and passionate as it takes, but need advice or help in organising a productive schedule as I live a long way from the capital, am in poor health and am publishing and marketing at my own expense from pension credit!
But we all need our windmills....
Amelie
