Home Office survey
Amelie, 01 Mar 2006 13:45:13
just got an attachment from HO saying I am to be included in a Daemon says
the attachment was too big for Backlash and can't copy and paste it either,
but did manage to do this...
Dear Sir/Madam,
The Home Office is trying to improve the service it provides
In 2005, the Home Office replied to more than 27,000 letters and e-mails
from the British public. We do not just want to answer your queries, we
want to provide a good level of service and to do this we need your help.
In order to make improvements, we need to know what you thought about how we
answered your correspondence and what you think we could do better.
We have designed a survey so that we obtain the feedback we need without
taking up too much of your time. It should take roughly 10 minutes to
complete and is your chance to influence how the Home Office corresponds
with you in the future.
You will receive an e-mail from onlinesurveys@fds.co.uk within the next 24
hours. This will provide you with a unique ID number and password so that
you can complete the survey on-line. You will need to do this by 20 March
so the responses can be collated by FDS International Ltd, an independent
research company, who will forward the results to the Home Office for
action.
I am genuinely grateful for your time.
Yours faithfully,
Katie Kerr
Customer Correspondence Manager
- must wait with bated breath until they send me their promised coded
invitation to respond.
