Consultation response form

I think we should all write to our MPs again and request the consultation period be extended.
Both the consultation document and the response form have not been freely available throughout almost the entire consulation period.
This is clearly contrary to Tony Blair's own guidlines. He claims responses to consultions should be encouraged, details and response forms should be freely available.
Well, it hasn't been on the govenment website each time I have looked. I know it can be found elsewhere but that is not the point.
Most of us have got the consultation form from the Scottish website. Now here is a thought: Will our responses be taken into consideration if received by the Scottish Executive?

As far as I can tell, since there is a single
consultation that receives all the replies from
Scotland and England, it doesn't make any difference
which site people use.
