Guard Book

I just know that some people will not like this idea. Maybe I'm paranoid!
However, discussing stuff with loads of individuals on here keeps coming back to the same result - that people are not 100% sure what has been done, what material is available, etc., etc.
I have therefore suggested, and am going to start work on a Guard Book. Those who work advertising may know the concept: basically a place where core information on everything on this campaign is held. It will not go on site, because the last thing we want is for EVERYONE to know EVERYTHING about us.
But otherwise, no great restrictions on people seeing what is in it - with a couple of exceptions: those being anything that might serve to identify individuals and/or give away personal details.
It will be available to anyone who is active in the campaign and needs to know what is going on and/or have access to a knowledge base about the campaign.
Now the difficult bit. This is the equivalent of setting up a virtual office and sorting pretty much everything into a filing cabinet. I could maybe do a lot of this myself - but it might be something of a mammoth task.
Would anyone who thinks they can help please e-mail me, and we can sort out who does what.
Regards,
M

The other day as I was uploading a link, I was thinking that the links should be organised into subject folders. A lot of good links get posted in threads and lost. If I can, without administrator rights, re-arrange the links, I am happy to try to organize them in a more user friendly way and to add links that i have accumulated from other people's postings.

Yes I very much agree. I know Manniq is talking about a private
operational document, but I gather also it would contain, as others
have assumed, a gathing together of resources, many of which should be
public.
The website needs a 'Guidebook to the resources'. I think this would
be better than a selection of sample submissions though harder to do.
One part would be the extraction of the arguments, I guess about 20-30
under about 5 main headings. These could link to source documents to
see them in context. Many of the articles now under Files could go
onto the main website if that's needed for easier access.
