A sub can be manipulated and taken advantage off. A few years ago I was
locked in an horizontal pillory designed to present a tight butt.
The Domme, unpaid sadist, grabbed a bullwhip and flogged away until her arm
was tired.
My real pleadings to stop were ignored whilst her husband filmed my torment.
On release the marks on my body resembled films I had seen of people flogged
to death.
Expect this is an isolated incident where the doms know a true sub will not
complain afterwards. So I will still sign the proposed petition.
Suppose a minority will break any rules if so inclined.
