No Name Set

Um. I am sure to offend someone by saying this, but....is there a chance that the individuals currently posting with 'no name set' could find some way of identifying themselves - or at least differentiating themselves from each other?

A simple 'Mr X from Tonbridge Wells' would do (so long as you don't ALL pick that) - and would help to remind us all that you are disgusting of Tonbridge Wells, or disgusted, or some such.

As I understand it - but please feel free to correct - you are no more likely to be identified or outed on here if you set a name - but it wouldn't half make following discussions a lot easier for those of us trying to use this board for that rather unusual purpose.

Regards,

M

P.S. If your name really IS Mr X from Tonbridge Wells, I suggest you choose an alternative. Mr Y might suffice to fool the average plod.

Well, you'd offend anyone from either Tonbridge or
Tunbridge Wells by conflating the two placenames like
that! ;-)

As to the point of your question, I have no idea.
but I just felt the urge to put my pedant's hat on!

I have been confused to see mail arrive that seems to bear my name as
originator - but it was not mine. I have also been unable to decide who
posted what, so simply replied to the post itself - only to find that half
the replies arrive twice in my inbox, and half gets filtered as spam and has
to be retrieved from the deleted file. Amelie
