Will there be any minutes of the meeting on 10th October no matter how
brief?
Are there any points other than the spending of £1000 on a QC's report
(which I agree with) that the rank and file members need to be updated
about?
I'm sure a quick rundown of the main points and amount of votes were cast
would be of interest to those of us who were unable to attend the meeting.
Will the flyer be filed for the members viewing?
Thanks

The flyer was available at the meeting and so far as I could tell, is the same as the 1st draft that was posted as a pdf in the files section on this site. Hopefully someone else will confirm.

we could do with a printable flyer on file so those of us out of reach can
print and distribute our own - if you trust us not to alter them

I'll get the latest version of the flyer put up inthe next couple of days.
I'll also post to anyone who wants hard copies.
I wrote a brief summary of the meeting, earlier.
There were no decisions other than on the matter of the QC that I recall. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Other than that, the lobby, education and research groups have reported/ will report what they decided needed doing.
oh and someone volunteered to write draft letters as a guide to writing to your MP.
and Laurence Pay said he would upload his response to he consultation, which we can all use.

The flyer will be put up on the website as a pdf and as html. As pdf
specifically to allow people to print off copies for local distribution.
(Nick/DR, can you send, ideally as pdf?)
Having said I wouldn't, I took some notes of the general part of the
meeting and will produce a record which I won't call minutes but which I
hope will cover all important decisions and info.

Thank you, I'm sure the online version will be a great help in spreading the word and save the cost of a lot of printing ..... and thanks for the update on the meeting.
