There is a clear majority in favour of making a statement to the effect that "we condemn any non-consensual acts".

The votes stand as follows:

0 - "we condemn criminal acts"
2 - "we condemn criminal acts but campaign for consenting acts to be legalised"
1 - "we condemn non-consensual crimes"
8 - "we condemn non-consensual acts"
1 - "we condemn bestiality, necrophilia and rape"
2 - we make no statement on the subject

The form "we condemn non-consensual acts" has never to my knowledge had under 50% of the votes cast, so it seems to me that this is something that most people can support or at least live with.

I have added a sentence to para. 6 to state condemnation of "acts where the participants did not give their consent".
